As the end of January is near, it's time for the monthly overview for everything Pokémon GO in February:
Season of Heritage: Monthly Bonus
During the month of February, the Season of Heritage continues. As a part of the Season of Heritage, there will be the following bonuses this month:
Increased Candies XL from hatching Eggs

Research Breakthrough

Espurr will be available in your weekly Research Breakthrough and for the first time in Pokémon GO, Espurr can be shiny ✨.
Weekly 1 PokéCoin Bundle
Just like during the last months, every Monday a bundle will be available in the Shop for 1 PokéCoin, containing a Remote Raid Pass and some other items. This is a one-time-only purchase each week.

During the Johto Tour on February 26 from 9:00 a.m. → 9:30 p.m. (local time) the Johto Legendaries will be appearing in raids: Raikou ✨, Suicune ✨, Entei ✨, Lugia ✨, and Ho-Oh ✨. Speed Forme Deoxys ✨ will be appearing before and after that time window.

Johto Tour
📅February 26, 9:00 a.m. → 9:30 p.m. (local time)
Join Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile on their journeys through Johto during Pokémon GO Tour: Johto. Based on the original Johto games, Pokémon Gold and Pokémon Silver, Trainers with a ticket will have to pick between a Gold or Silver version for their ticket. Each version will have exclusive Pokémon and you can read more about the version-exclusive Pokémon here. With a ticket, you also get access to an event-exclusive Special Research and an ancounter with Celebi that knows a special attack. During this event, trading with a friend will be important, so make sure you both pick another version to compliment each other. If you purchase the ticket before February 10, you will also get access to a Timed Research in February when you log into the game between February 1 and February 10. Enjoy the Johto region!
