The Pokémon Company just unloaded a lot of new details regarding the upcoming update to the Season Battle Pass, as well as some game updates which all coincide with the release of the mobile version on September 22, 2021.

In celebration of the mobile release and the surpassing of five million preregistrations, every Trainer who completes the in-game event in the mobile version of Pokémon UNITE by Sunday, October 31, 2021, at 14:59 UTC will receive the following preregistration campaign rewards: 1,000 Aeos tickets, the Unite license for Pikachu (if one already owns the license, they will receive Aeos Coins) and special Holowear for Pikachu called Festival Style. If 7.5 million preregistrations are reached, Trainers will receive an additional 1,000 Aeos tickets.

Linking your Switch and Mobile accounts

Linking must be done BEFORE using the mobile version.

When you start the mobile version, log in to the Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club that was linked when you started the Switch version. This will allow you to play between the two with no issues.

If you start playing one version before carrying over the save data, you will be unable to share save data and will need to uninstall and redownload to do so.

If you start on mobile and then want to play on Switch, make sure the mobile version is linked to a Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account. Then, log in using a Switch profile on that Nintendo account.

New Holowear announced

New Battle Pass - Galactic Ghost 094

Timed with Pokémon UNITE’s mobile release, a new battle pass, Galactic Ghost 094, will begin on Wednesday, September 22. In this new battle pass, space-themed items will make their debut. Players will need to complete both daily and weekly missions to raise their battle pass level and receive rewards based on that level. Additionally, those who purchase the premium pass will have the chance to earn more rewards.

UNITE Squads

A new feature, Unite squads, will be added to both the Nintendo Switch and mobile versions of the game tomorrow, Wednesday, September 22. Trainers can create their own squads or search for already-existing squads to join and connect with other players. By choosing squad tags that others can search for, like-minded Trainers can find each other easily.

Zeraora distribution to mobile players

Trainers who missed out on the Nintendo Switch version’s launch bonus will have a chance to get the Unite license for Zeraora through a special mission starting Wednesday, September 22. Players who already have the Unite license for Zeraora will receive Aeos coins instead.
