October Community Day: Litwick

October's Community Day will feature Litwick, the Candle Pokémon! During event hours, Litwick will be appearing very frequently in the wild. Lucky Trainers may even encounter a Shiny Litwick! This month's Community Day will also feature exciting bonuses and be followed a special Raid event.

3-Hour Incense (when activated during the event)
3-Hour Lure Modules (when activated during the event)
AR Snapshot photobomb encounters with Litwick
1 additional Special Trade during event hours (+5 hours after)

Exclusive Move
Evolve Lampent between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (local time) on Community Day into Chandelure that will learn the following exclusive Charged move:
Poltergeist
Trainer Battles: 140 power
Gyms and raids: 140 power
Special Research Story - Field Notes: Trick of the Light
A ticketed Special Research Story, Field Notes: Trick of the Light, will be available in the in-game shop for $1 USD (or the equivalent pricing tier in local currency) closer to the day of the event. Trainers will again have the option to gift a ticket to the Special Research story to their in-game friends!

Bonus Post-Community Day Raid Battles
📅 Saturday, October 15, from 5:00 p.m. → 10:00 p.m. (local time)
For five hours after Community Day, Lampent will be appearing in 4-⭐Raids. Trainers will only be able to challenge Lampent using (orange) Raid Passes and (green) Premium Battle Passes. Remote Raid passes cannot be used to join these Raids. After defeating Lampent, Litwick will spawn in a 300-meter radius around that Gym for 30 minutes, with the same shiny odds as during Community Day hours.
