Lush Jungle Weekend Park Spotlight

During this special weekend event, Cottonee will spawn more often in parks, so make sure to head to a park to benefit optimally. Starting with this event, Cottonee will be able to appear as a Shiny for the first time ever in Pokémon GO✨.

Special Research: Akala Island
The second Special Research for the Season of Alola will commence at the beginning of the Lush Jungle event. Log into the game before June 1, 2022 to be able to collect this Special Research.
Timed Research
For the duration of the Lush Jungle event, a limited Timed Research will be available. This research will be focused on catching Grass-type Pokémon and exploring your area. When you complete the research, you can earn items and encountered with event-themed Pokémon.
