GO Fest 2022: Finale Event Overview

Trainers who purchased a ticket for the global GO Fest event in June already have a ticket for the finale. For all others, event tickets are available for purchase in the in-game shop for US$10.99 (or equivalent local pricing). For Trainers who already have a ticket, up to three event tickets can be gifted to others for the discounted price of US$4.99 (or equivalent local pricing).

Trainers who have caught Shaymin will be able to change its form (Land → Sky or Sky → Land)
Special Research
Trainers with an event ticket will receive three additional short Special Research stories to earn in-game items, an encounter with Sky Forme Shaymin, and exclusive avatar items like a Sky Forme Shaymin shirt and a helmet without a visor inspired by the GO Ultra Recon Squad. Research will be available based on the following schedule (in local time):
10:00 a.m. All Trainers will be able to access to a short Special Research story.
12:00 p.m. Trainers with tickets who have completed the first Special Research story will be able to access the first ticket-exclusive Special Research story.
2:00 p.m. Trainers with tickets who have completed the first ticket-exclusive Special Research can begin a second exclusive Special Research story.
4:00 p.m. Trainers with tickets who have completed the second ticket-exclusive Special Research can begin the third and final ticket-exclusive Special Research story.
Please note that "so long as you claim the first Special Research story during the event, you’ll be able to complete it and any remaining Special Research stories whenever you want."
