GO Battle League: Interlude Season
📅 Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT –8) → Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT –8)
With the end of Season 10 of GO Battle League, a special Interlude Season will begin. Season 10's end-of-season rewards will be available on the battle screen once the season has concluded. If you wish to receive 1.5x Stardust on your Season 10 rewards, remember to use a Star Piece before entering the battle screen on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, after 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT –8)!
Important notes on the Interlude Season:
Your GBL rank will be reset
Rank-up requirements will be unchanged from Season 10
Rankings will cap at rank 20
There will be no visible ratings this season

Leagues and Cups that take place on or before March 12 will begin and end at 1:00 p.m. PST (GMT −8), while those that occur on or after March 13 will begin and end at 1:00 p.m. PDT (GMT −7).

Timed Research Ticket: BATTLE
A free Timed Research ticket will be available in the in-game shop once the Interlude Season begins. Win in the GO Battle League to advance through the Timed Research, earning a small amount of Stardust on each page.

To commemorate the Season of Alola, rank 20 rewards in the Interlude Season will be themed after Gladion, an enforcer of Team Skull, who first appeared in the Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon games!

GO Battle Days
The Interlude Season will feature three GO Battle Days, each with its own theme:
GO Battle Day: Seel

From 12:00 a.m. → 11:59 p.m. (local time), you'll be able to complete 20 sets of battles (100 total battles)
From 11:00 a.m. → 2:00 p.m. (local time), Battlers will earn the following bonuses:
In each set, the first win reward from the Basic track will be a Pokémon encounter reward
All win rewards from the Premium track will be Pokémon encounter rewards
Seel will be guaranteed to appear as a reward encounter, with the possibility of a shiny Seel encounter ✨
Evolve Seel to get a Dewgong that knows the Fast Attack Ice Shard and the Charged Attack Icy Wind
Trainers who complete a set at any rank during this GO Battle Day will receive the Gladion’s Shoes avatar item!
The following leagues will be active: Great League, Johto League
GO Battle Day: Beginner’s Paradise
📅 Sunday, April 17, 2022 from 12:00 a.m. → 11:59 p.m. (local time)
Trainers will be able to complete 20 sets of battles (100 total battles)
Timed Research will be available that rewards a large amount of XP
Trainers who complete a set at any rank during this GO Battle Day will receive the Gladion Hoodie avatar item!

Leagues and Cups
Great League: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter.
Ultra League: Pokémon must be at or below 2,500 CP to enter.
Ultra League Premier Classic: Pokémon must be at or below 2,500 CP to enter. Legendary or Mythical Pokémon are not eligible. Pokémon that have been powered up using Candy XL are not eligible.
Master League: No CP Limit.
Master League Premier Classic: No CP Limit. Legendary or Mythical Pokémon are not eligible. Pokémon that have been powered up using Candy XL are not eligible.
Johto Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1500 CP to enter. Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number from #152 to #251 will be allowed.
Love Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter. Legendary or Mythical Pokémon are not permitted. Only red or pink Pokémon will be allowed.
Little Jungle Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 500 CP to enter. Pokémon do not need to be able to evolve to enter. Only Normal-, Grass-, Electric-, Poison-, Ground-, Flying-, Bug-, and Dark-type Pokémon are permitted. Shuckle and Smeargle are not permitted.
Catch Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter. Only Pokémon that have been caught during the duration of this cup are eligible. Mythical Pokémon are not eligible.
Halloween Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter. Only Poison-, Bug-, Ghost-, Dark-, and Fairy-type Pokémon are eligible.
Retro Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter. Steel-, Dark-, and Fairy-type Pokémon are not eligible.
Kanto Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter. Only Pokémon with a Pokédex number from #1 to #151 are eligible.
Flying Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 1,500 CP to enter. Only Flying-type Pokémon are eligible.
Little Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 500 CP to enter. Pokémon must be able to evolve to be eligible.
Element Cup: Pokémon must be at or below 500 CP to enter. Only Fire-, Grass-, and Water-type Pokémon are eligible. Only Pokémon that are able to evolve and have not evolved even once are eligible.
